Services
Geek Virtual provides remote assistance services as agreed in writing with each client. Scope, hours, and fees are confirmed before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to required tools, and clear instructions for assigned tasks.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Fees and payment
Fees are invoiced as agreed. Engagements have no long-term commitment and may be paused or ended with notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Geek Virtual is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
